Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically upon creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or bet available on ff555bet. Users who already have an account on the platform remain subject to the most recent version of the terms published on this page.

To create an account and use ff555bet's services, users must meet all of the following criteria:

Ff555bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the user failed to take reasonable security measures, such as using a unique, private password, avoiding account access on unprotected public devices, and keeping login credentials up to date.

Users may update their account information at any time in the account settings. Changes to sensitive data such as CPF may require additional verification. ff555bet reserves the right, at its discretion, to verify the accuracy of account details at any time.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity (login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) may be classified as dormant. ff555bet will notify the user by email before applying any dormant account policy. Balances in dormant accounts are preserved and remain available to the user upon account reactivation.

Ff555bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits from users residing in Brazil:

• Pix — instant, available 24/7, no fee. The primary and most recommended method.
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to 2 business days.
• Credit or debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil.
• Mercado Pago — via Mercado Pago digital account.
• PicPay — via PicPay digital wallet.
• TED Bank Transfer — accepted from accounts at major Brazilian banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions regulated by the Banco Central do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering policies (AML/CFT). ff555bet does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. The account holder must be the same person as the holder of the payment method used.

Ff555bet reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that show signs of fraud, money laundering, or non-compliance with the platform's payment policies. In the event of a reversal, the amount is returned to the original payment method, minus any banking fees that are the user's responsibility.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided the identity verification process (KYC) has been successfully completed. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum limit set for individual withdrawals, but high-value transactions may be subject to additional review.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to accounts registered under the same CPF used to create the ff555bet account. ff555bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, corporate accounts (CNPJ), or payment methods other than those used for the deposit when a bonus rollover is pending.

Processing times by method are:

• Pix: up to 5 minutes for amounts within the automatic approval limit.
• TED Bank Transfer: up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawals requiring manual review due to volume or pending verification may take up to 48 business hours.

Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met. The available withdrawal balance is displayed separately from the bonus balance in the user's account area. Free Bet for Each Brasileirão Round: BRL 50.00 credit for Sports Betting, valid exclusively on bets with minimum odds of 1.60 in the match result market. Weekly Cashback of up to 15%: calculated on the user's net losses at the live casino during the week. The exact percentage varies based on activity level. Cashback is credited every Monday at 10:00 AM to the bonus balance, with a 5× rollover required before withdrawal.

Poker Rakeback: percentage of rake contributed at cash game tables returned on a monthly basis. Tiers: Bronze (15%), Silver (22%), Gold (30%), and Diamond (40%). General rules applicable to all ff555bet bonuses:

• One welcome bonus per CPF, regardless of the number of accounts created.

Minimum and maximum bets: the minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum amount varies by sport, market, and event. Individual limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of selection.

Bet confirmation: a bet is considered valid and final once confirmed by the system. ff555bet does not cancel confirmed bets at the user's request, except where provided for under the rules of each sport or game type (e.g., official match cancellation).

Results and settlement: bets are settled based on official results published by the event's governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, NBA, etc.). In the event of a result dispute, ff555bet will wait for the official result to be published before settling the bet.

Bets on canceled or postponed events: matches cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours are considered void and the staked amount is refunded in full to the user's balance. Matches postponed by less than 48 hours will await the rescheduled time for settlement.

Odds errors: ff555bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error, particularly when the odds differ substantially from the market for a given event. The user will be notified and the amount returned to their balance.

Parlay bets: ff555bet allows parlays of up to 20 selections. The maximum payout on a parlay may be capped based on the bet's risk level. In parlays, if one selection is voided due to a match cancellation, it is removed from the parlay and the calculation proceeds with the remaining selections.

Ff555bet's casino games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, Dragon Tiger, and online poker — are provided by certified suppliers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) is audited by independent bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed on the respective game information pages.

Casino betting limits: each table or game has minimum and maximum limits displayed before the session begins. VIP tables have higher limits and may require a qualifying account level.

Technical interruptions: in the event of a technical failure that interrupts an ongoing round, ff555bet will attempt to restore the session from the point of interruption. If this is not possible, the open bet will be canceled and the amount returned to the user's balance.

Poker — conduct rules: at ff555bet's poker tables, the use of any real-time hand-reading software (HUD), collusion between players at different or the same table, and the use of alternate accounts to benefit a main account are all strictly prohibited. ff555bet has active detection systems for these practices and will take the measures described in section 9.

Crash games: each round's multiplier is determined by a certified RNG algorithm before the round begins. Previous multiplier history has no effect on future rounds — each round is fully independent.

Ff555bet has zero tolerance for conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, negatively affects other users, or violates Brazilian law. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to take advantage of welcome promotions or to circumvent applied restrictions.
• Use of bots or automated software: any program that places bets or performs casino or poker actions in an automated manner without genuine human interaction.
• Poker collusion: an agreement between two or more players to the detriment of other participants at the table.

• Payment fraud: using third-party payment methods, false information, or filing unwarranted chargebacks after withdrawals.

• Account created by a user under 18 years of age: regardless of guardian consent.

Ff555bet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions upon identifying a breach of these rules:

1. Temporary or permanent account suspension.
2. Cancellation of bets and voiding of winnings obtained through irregular conduct.
3. Forfeiture of the available account balance, including deposits and winnings linked to the irregularity.
4. Reporting to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense under Brazilian law.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through ff555bet support. Before closure, the user must withdraw all available balance. Bonus balances with an incomplete rollover will be removed. Closure is processed within up to 3 business days of the request.

Ff555bet may close an account on its own initiative in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious behavior.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user through the responsible gaming tools.
• Determination by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.
• Extended inactivity with a zero balance for a period exceeding 24 months.

In cases of account closure initiated by ff555bet where no violation by the user has occurred, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within up to 5 business days following confirmation of the account holder's identity.

Ff555bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment. The platform provides responsible gaming tools accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per period. Once the limit is reached, new games and bets are blocked until the period resets.

• Internet connection failures attributable to the user or their internet service provider.
• Losses from bets or games legitimately completed under this platform's rules — betting is a risk activity and the user assumes full responsibility for the outcomes.
• Unauthorized account access by third parties where the user has not taken reasonable security measures.
• Exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees charged by the user's bank on deposit or withdrawal transactions — ff555bet operates exclusively in BRL (R$).

Ff555bet's total liability in any dispute with a user is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the dispute, except as provided under the Consumer Protection Code (CDC, Law No. 8,078/1990) where applicable.

Ff555bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. When material changes are made, users will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new conditions take effect.

The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes automatic acceptance.

If the user disagrees with the changes, they may request account closure before the new conditions take effect, without penalty, by withdrawing the available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including but not limited to the Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the specific sports betting legislation applicable in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between the user and ff555bet, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the support channel. If no agreement is reached within 15 business days, the user may submit a complaint through the complaints channel available on the platform.

For legal matters, jurisdiction is established in the court of the user's place of domicile, as set forth by the Consumer Protection Code, without prejudice to any other venue the user may choose under applicable law.
